Greece in Valencia
In the old town of Valencia, is where the Greek restaurant Kuzina was born in 2016. When we think of Greece, images inevitably cross our minds: travel memories, the sun, the perfect combination of blue deep and bright white, the Kalamata olives… Kuzina, it is all of these things at the same time.

Our story
We opened Kuzina in Valencia in 2016 with the vision of showing the rest of the world that Greek food can be tasty and refined without losing tradition.
Kuzina, which means kitchen in Greek, revives the country's shared culinary tradition. We want to gather people around the table, to try different flavors and have fun. We draw inspiration from tradition and childhood memories, and reinterpret them with a modern twist.
We strive to keep the taste of each dish as close to the original as possible. Our dishes reflect gastronomic habits from the islands of Crete to northern Greece and the Peloponnese.
