We opened Kuzina in Valencia in 2016 with the vision of showing the world that Greek food can be refined and delicious without losing tradition.
Alkis and Lydia Strimenos left Greece and England to start from scratch in Valencia's El Carmen neighbourhood. Today Kuzina is one of the city's most celebrated Mediterranean restaurants.
We update part of our menu seasonally to showcase dishes from across Greece — from Crete to the Peloponnese — because Greek cuisine is far more than souvlaki and moussaka.
